Our Philosopy

Our office remains dedicated to providing optimal care for every patient and working with you to achieve and maintain that goal. We pride ourselves on helping you in any way and in continuing to provide the quality of care to which you have become accustomed.

We accept hundreds of insurance plans. Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits.

Insurance:

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Your dental insurance is an aide to enable you to supplement your dental costs. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care. We at Advanced Family Dental do not let insurance companies compromise your quality care.

We can file most insurance claims for you. Please bring your current insurance card with you on your first visit. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which your are entitled.

Payment:

Payment is expected at time of service. If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan. For the portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer several payment options:

No Interest Payment Plans/Low Interest Payment Plans

Care Credit	Chase Bank

Care Credit financing - Care Credit offers 3, 6 and 12 month interest free payment plans, and extended financing up to 48 months. Apply in our office or apply online. Apply here
