We are writing to share an important update regarding Advanced Family Dental – Lockport (part of Manus-Northwestern Oral Health Center, Ltd. and Great Lakes Dental Partners). After nearly two decades of caring for the Lockport community, we are excited to share that our office will be consolidating with our nearby Advanced Family Dental offices, and all scheduled patients will continue their care at either our Advanced Family Dental Frankfort or Crest Hill locations, effective March 9, 2026.
It has truly been an honor to serve you and your family over the years. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you have placed in our team and for allowing us to be part of your dental care journey.
We are happy to offer you options to continue your care at either of our nearby Advanced Family Dental locations:

Dr. Dave, Shelly, and the Lockport team will be available at this location to continue providing patient care, select days each month. Dr. Rubis and the orthodontic team will also be available at this location to continue orthodontic care.
A team member will be reaching out to rebook any previously scheduled appointments with your preferred practice or please schedule directly with the office of your choice above. Your dental records can be seamlessly transferred to any of these locations to ensure continuity of care. Our team will also be happy to assist you with obtaining copies of your dental records upon request, record transfers, or answering any questions you may have during this transition, by contacting (815) 838-3337.
