I really cannot say enough about this wonderful place. My son was seen from 2009-2014. He received braces, because of a severe crowding issue. Nobody in my local area or anywhere close would help him. The insurance was state run and this office helped him. He has a beautiful smile today because of the kind, caring staff here. God bless these professionals and thank you for helping my son gain confidence and acceptance through his beautiful smile.

I can honestly say I enjoyed my visit at the dentist. The Dr. Was gentle and really explained what was going on with my tooth. I am afraid of going to the dentist but my experience at advanced dental was completely comfortable. Thank you guys will definitely be back.

I've been going to Advanced Family Dental for 12 years. The staff is so friendly & helpful. they work with you also financially. but the best part is that when I had to have implants Dr. Mandadi & Dr. Puri & their assistant Maria were so wonderful to me. They helped me through the process in many ways. They explained everything to me & were so kind. Even when I had an emergency with a crack in my temporary teeth on the Friday before the 4th of July, Dr. Mandadi came in from out of town & saw me to fix the problem. I'm so amazed at the standard of care given. I feel like they are part of my family.

Hello - I have been a patient at Advanced Family Dental as far back as when it was called Dr. Rubis & Associates. I have always had a pleasant experience. On Tuesday, Jan. 7 I had to have an old silver filling replaced with a more natural tooth color. Dr. Jain was my doctor and Bre was her hygienist. Talk about teamwork. Dr. Jain & Bre worked very well together and walked me through the entire process. Bre asked Dr. Jain about certain procedures and what her preferences were as far as instruments. Dr. Jain was very through with her answers. That was the most comfortable experience at the dentist (even with the numbness) that I've every had. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. Keep up the good work!

Four days ago I had major dental surgery done at Advanced Family Dental in Crest Hill. My two doctors were Dr. Sirisha Mandadi, Prosthodontist and Dr. Jyoti Puri, Diplomate of American Board of Periodontology, PhD and published author in her specialty. I’ve been a patient at Advanced for around ten years. I think I may have a genetic vulnerability to periodontal disease. But under their care and with a lot of personal effort, I held it off and preserved my teeth up to my current age of nearly 67 years. Around two months ago, both Dr. Puri and Dr. Mandadi on separate visits gave me the sobering truth that my situation had finally arrived at the point of dire and dangerous severity. I appreciated that neither sugarcoated their advice, but instead told me what I needed to hear. Because I had not had a cataclysmic and painful failure, I needed to read as much as I could to assure myself that they were giving me the straight story. Everything I read lined up with their advice, and I decided to go forward with their proposed course of action: complete extraction of all of my diseased, bone-depleted and dangerously mobile teeth, followed by immediate placement of four lower and four upper BioHorizon implants, and after four months of healing and osseointegration, permanent attachment of new, beautiful, durable Emax porcelain teeth on a sturdy fixed metal bridges, permanently connected via abutments to my high tech, research proven implants. My surgery turned out to be even more comprehensive due to sinus area bone loss and necessary bone grafting. My surgery turned into a marathon nearly fourteen hours in duration. During this entire time Drs Puri and Mandadi, the assistants and staff at Advanced Family Dental completely took care of business: Dr Puri did painstaking and perfect extractions, grafting and sinus work, Dr. Mandadi did placement of implants, minute fitting of my temporary teeth into my mouth, thorough high tech imaging for the dental lab, the assistant kept up with every detail, the anesthesiologist did his work with care and perfect success, and the staff kept in constant communication with my ‘team’ ( a wonderful son and my loving girlfriend ) in the clinic. To anyone reading this review, I sincerely hope that you have the good fortune to successfully keep your teeth for a lifetime. But periodontal disease has been a scourge on human beings throughout the history of our species. If you do find yourself needing the kind of surgery ( All on 4 ) that I just received, I don’t think that you can do better than get the care that is offered at Advanced Family Dental, Crest Hill or their other locations. Without a doubt, it is expensive! But what I just received is the current state of the art in treatment. What you are purchasing is a chain of engineering, material and dental science, state of the art imaging and IT, thoroughly educated, experienced, skilled and devoted doctors and hard-working support staff, a large, clean and comfortable facility and warm and friendly concern, patient education and follow-up. I think Will County is very lucky to have a clinic that is so good at what they do. As I joked with my girlfriend a few days before my surgery, “I’ve decided to put my money where my mouth is!” I have no regrets and I anticipate a very successful recovery. And if there is any problem or delay, I cannot think of any individuals in whose hands I would feel more secure than Dr. Puri and Dr. Mandadi.

My family and I have been patients at Advanced Family Dental for almost 17 years. After many years of wanting to get veneers, I finally decided to get a consult. I was referred to Dr. Mandadi by Dr. Guadiz. He was so confident in her skills and eye for detail, that he was sure I would be happy with her work. After meeting w/ Dr. Mandadi and having my veneers installed I can finally say, I have the smile I’ve always wanted. She is gifted, with an impeccable eye for detail and perfection! My results were so beautiful, my husband and my son are now patients of Dr. Mandadi, as well. We have (on so many occasions) had people comment on how beautiful our smiles are. What’s more, no one knows they are veneers. I highly recommend the team at Advanced Family Dental.

Friendly staff. I haven't seen a dentist in over a year now. I'm not sure if that's good or bad? The hygienist always say my teeth and gums are in good shape so maybe seeing the dentist isn't necessary.

I'm so afraid of going to the dentist, I avoid it as much as I can. But I'm thrilled with Dr .Kempf. He took my fears seriously and explained everything he was going to do ahead of time. He didn't rush. He checked with me every time he stopped working to make sure I was still doing okay. I can't thank him enough for his kind care.
