Daniel Pagel, DMD
Dr. Daniel Pagel wanted to be a dentist since he was a child. He loves his job and the way he can improve someone’s health and self-confidence in just one appointment. He finds great reward in seeing a patient get out of debilitating pain. A patient can walk in with a toothache and can leave healthier and pain-free.
His patients often compliment him on the way he explains the treatment to them. He seeks to educate patients on the state of their oral health and be straightforward as he explains his recommended treatment. Patients leave his office informed and confident in the understanding of their next steps for their oral care.
Dr. Pagel completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry and Biology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2013. He completed his graduate studies at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois, in 2014, receiving his Masters degree in Biomedical Science. In May of 2018, Dr. Pagel received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago College of Dentistry. As a dental student, Dr. Pagel was selected amongst his peers to receive additional training in dental implants and surgical tooth extractions. He also served as the UIC chapter president of the American Student Dental Association, the American Association of Public Health Dentistry, and the Illinois Association of General Dentistry.
Dr. Pagel grew up in New Lenox, Illinois. He currently lives in Oak Park, IL with his wife and their cat. In his spare time, you can find Dr. Pagel ‘binge-watching’ Netflix, cooking, or exploring new restaurants.
